Who wants to win a Desray scarf and Bio-Oil hamper?

Ah Bio-Oil. In a sea of a thousand different tissues oils it always manages to come out on top which is why it’s a permanent fixture in my big ass draw o’ body goodies*.

Bio-Oil, PRICE for X mls
Bio-Oil, R110 for 200 mls

As far as hydrators go, it’s fabulous and I love to slap it on my legs after shaving on days when I’m not using Environ’s Alpha Hydroxy Derma-lac lotion to sizzle away dead skin and keep evil in-growns at bay.

Aside being not just a single oil but a blend of several including super sootheres like Calendula and chamomile, Bio-Oil is also rich in antixoidants and contains retinly palmitate, a very mild form of collagen-encouraging retinol.

Anyway, Bio-Oil sent me a li’l hamper the other day containing a mooi Desray scarf along with their infamous oil and have said they’ll give you one too valued at R500. All you have to do is visit their Facebook page and share your top winter skin care tip. Once you’ve done that, drop me a mail on glossycomps@gmail.com with the subject ‘Bio-Oil giveaway’.

Pretty, pretty!

You’ve got until COB Wednesday to enter and then I’ll draw a winner, check that you did indeed leave a tip (so no sneaky sneakiness, okay?!) and get in touch.

Wishing you the best of luck,

Leigh

*Yes, I have a big chest of draws in my room filled with a million products divvied up to create a ‘hair draw’, ‘face draw’, ‘body draw’ and so on. And you’re right, I definitely have waaay too much stuff…

UPDATE:

Sorry girls, this competition is closed. Congrats to Brenda Finch who won, I hope you enjoy your prize. If you didn’t win and are feeling bleak, not to worry; there’ll always a next time. I’m glad everyone seems to be enjoying comps on the blog.

  1. Hi Leigh,

Awesome competition! Liked Bio-Oil Facebook page and posted this comment on their page: “My Winter tip for the “Lipgloss is my life” Blog competition is that one of the biggest problems during winter are chapped lips. Use a lip balm with at least SPF 15 and preferably one with antiseptic agents to aid in healing. Some lip balm products are made with tea tree oil, which helps heal painful cracks.”

I just love your blog:) Holding thumbs.

    Thx, Megs H
