Christmas goodies at Crabtree & Evelyn

If you’re a regular reader you’ll know I’m a big Crabtree & Evelyn fan. Their Gardener’s Hand Therapy hand cream is a handbag staple and I’m crazy about their Vetiver and Juniperberry soap; it smells like the stuff they pump into the air at the One & Only hotel… Anyway, their Christmas stuff is now in store, tempting my credit card as I type. Of all the goodies on their shelves right now, I’m most loving these boys:

Mini Hand Therapy gift set, R3oo:
Because I’m a cheap skate, I’d totes break this up and add each individually hand cream to a few other goodies and make little gift hampers for my friends…

I also LOVE this big three-wick Noel home fragrance candle, R900 (I know, I know… crazy steep, making this an in your dreams/wishlist item):

Noel is Crabtree’s signature Christmas scent. It’s a spicy herbaceous blend of notes that include fresh evergreens, ripe cranberry, persimmon, zesty orange, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. This year is the scent’s 25th anniversary, hence the extra fancy pants candle. They also have two other limited edition festive fragrances out right now; Golden Topaz and Smoky Amber.

Oh! And last, but not least, how much do you love their English Breakfast tea caddy, R200:
Ja, ja… two hundred bucks for tea… I know it’s crazy, but jissus I want that gorgeous li’l tin. Will look totally stunsville in the big, country-style ecclectically decorated  kitchen I don’t actually have just yet.

Alas, their festive fabulousness isn’t listed on their online store just yet, but if you pop in store, you can see it in all it’s glory.

Happy shopping!

  1. Would love to know why they charge R900 for Noel candle when it’s 22 pounds in UK! Tired of being ripped off, the cost of imported goods is just ridiculous in SA.

    1. I know. It’s crazy. I love C&E and abuse all their in store and online specials as they’re convenient, but there are certain things of theirs I’ll only ever buy on eBay due to the pricing. X x x
