Easy homemade ice cream recipe

Right… this one goes out to Associated Magazine’s zexy PR peep, Jaco-Louise Groenewald. Dude realllly likes my homemade ice cream and I told him I’d post the recipe up on my blog – just in time for the weekend.

Come to mama!

So here it goes:

Beat two egg whites until nice and fluffy. (If you don’t have an electric mixer, a hand beater’s just fine…)

In other bowl, mix a 250ml container of full cream with a tin of condensed milk and add a few drops of vanilla essence.

Combine the egg whites with the creamy condensed milk mix and pop it in the freezer.

Its really that easy and a few hours later you’ll have the most sinfully delicious homemade ice cream to show off with at parties.

Enjoy that treadmill bitches!

Love, love

Leigh
