Next week I’m going to the launch of Petticoat Parlour, a gorgeous new retro-beauty boutique in Main Road, Greenpoint. I’ve just taken a look at their gorgeous website and can’t wait to check it out. They’ve got a real ’50’s-style vibe a la Benefit cosmetics, Dita von Teese and Katy Perry. (Think poodle skirts, pastels and candy stripes…) Their price list looks pretty tempting too… (A mini mani for R100? Love it!)
