So the sweet peeps at FHM sent me a mooi white Wonderbra.

Initially I assumed this was editor Brendan Cooper’s way of finally acknowledging that I am indeed ‘the hottest babe in SA’ but then I saw their October cover and my blood ran cold.

Obviously, I immediately started plotting to toss a brick through FHM’s window but then another cover line caught my eye. No, not ‘It’s raining meat!’. This one: Purchase the October issue of FHM and be a part of FHM’s R50 000 donation in support of breast cancer awareness.
As it turns out, the mag’s contributing R50 000 from it’s October sales to a mobile health clinic, the Transet Phelophepa Health Care Train. There are actually two trains and each train is fully equipped to provide general healthcare as well as screenings for diseases like cancer, including breast cancer which is the most common type of cancer in women in South Africa.
Hmff. For this, I’ll let them off the hook for their snub.
Thank you FHM, I love my bra. And I love what you’re doing to help.
