Okay, so how clever was that Dove Real Beauty sketch ad campaign I tweeted about a while back? It’s gotten so many millions and zillions of hit that I probably don’t need to slap it up again over here but if you haven’t watched this you have to check it out.

Anyway, Dove’s ad savvy clearly extends to their press packs as I was sent this multi-layered li’l gem the other day:

Once my pass the parcel session was over, I discovered three of Dove’s new Nourishment body lotions.

I recently wrote about Intensive Nourishment, the one for very dry skin, as I was impressed with it and you can read my review over here.

I really liked that they’ve created something so fabulously hydrating but it’s not a thick, gooey body butter. The light, lotion formula literally glides on like a dream and sinks into your skin in a flash.

Anyway, I’ve tried the two new boys that showed up, but I’m still a fan of the Intensive variant. Weirdly, it has more ‘slip’ and absorbs faster than the ‘regular’ Essential option. Shea’s lovely too in terms of slip and absorbtion, but it’s got a slight cocoa butter scent of which I’m not a fan. Of course I’m in the minority here; there a million girls who adore the caramel-like scent of cocoa butter and if that’s you I know this baby’s going to be a firm favourite.

UPDATE: Oh wow! I’ve just looked at the press release and see they’re offering a gradual self-tanner option too; Dove Summer Glow nourishing lotion. Now this is something I’d love to try.
