Zando now do beauty goodies and have their very own magazine

So the other day I attended a Zando launch where I got to learn about some of the new brands they’ve got coming in. (Big names include x, x and x). Afterwards, they gave each guest a R300 gift voucher to blow in their online store and I picked out this cute black Zoom handsakkie.

Navigating the site to find it was as easy as lemon meringue pie (the best kind!) and I liked that they feature several shots of each product so you get a really get a good idea of what you’re buying. After making my purchase (late in the afternoon, just before 4pm), a friendly delivery dude rocked up at my door the very next morning. Sjoe! He even waited for me to open up the pakkie and check that I liked the bag up close. If not, he’d have taken it back with no questions asked and at no extra cost. Awesome, right?

Zoom Kellee handsak - nice and big for when I go shoplifting.
My Zoom Kellee handsak. (R429) It’s nice and big making it the perfect hold all for shoplifting.

Seriously girls, I was so impressed with the whole experience I’m now a totally convert. I LOVE that I can check out a cute pair of shoes on a fashion blog and, if it’s stocked by Zando, I can just get clicky clicky to have it delivered to my doorstep within a matter of hours for FREE. And you don’t even have to have a credit card to shop; you can go the whole cash on delivery route too.

Anyway, Zando now sell beauty goodies too and spoiled me further with a li’l box full o’ beauty loot:

Zando
Zando’s beauty brands include Beaucience, Ahava, Decleor, Payot and Violent Lips.

Oh! And before I forget, Zando now have their own magazine that comes out four times a year.

A swimsuit that looks like the old South African flag?
Zando’s summer 2012 edition.

Flicking through it’s kind of awesome ‘cos you know that if anything happens to catch your eye it can be yours after just a quick, easy visit to their site. No more trekking le malls on a Saturday with screaming, crying, snot faced children. Oh! And look who I spotted getting his model hotness on inside? Why it’s our darling friend Dene Botha.

Looking mooi cooks!

Anyway, if you haven’t tried Zando or feel nervy about buying shizz online I really do hope you give them a bash. I was so impressed, will undoubtedly use them again and hope that other South African stores follow their lead in regards to ease of browsing/purchasing/deliver and having no weirdo ‘terms and conditions’ that make it difficult to send back anything you don’t like.

Nice one Zando peeps! A cool two thumbs up.

Love, love

Leigh
