Clicks and Sorbet team up to create a new home spa range

Earlier this month I met up with Clicks‘ PR peeps to take a sneaky peak at all their new and exciting beauty goodies. Some are still to come out and other things, like the new home spa line they created with salon chain Sorbet, are already on the shelves in both Clicks and all Sorbet stores. Check it out:

Spoiled for choice...

The range consists of four different variants and includes everything from hand & nail creams to body butters, scrubs and foam bath. The best bit, however, is that it’s very affordalble; the most expensive product in the range is the body butter but it’s only R39,99!

Now get ready for the names as they’re super duper long… (deep breath…) The four variants are Age Control/Firming with Pomegranate, Rooibos, Cranberry Oil and Q10… Hydrating/Ultra Moisturising with Tangerine, Calendula Oil, Shea butter and Vitamin ESmoothing/Energizing with White Peach, Wheat Germ, Neroli Oil and Vitamin E… and the last one… Cleansing/Antioxidant with Melon, Green, Tea, Avocado Oil and Vitamin E. Sjoe!

My personal fave is the Hydrating (tangerine) body wash simply 'cos I love how it smells; fresh, juicy and clean.

Now take a look at the huge box of spoilage we all got to take home with us:

So excited to get stuck in and let you know all about my favourites...

Of all the goodies that are already on the shelves, I was most impressed with new Revlon Colorstay Longwear nail enamel

These guys have a gorgeous high shine finish and wear like iron!

I also quite like the inVIVO Skin Expertise body lotion line, exclusive to Clicks. I tried the Q10skin firming variant:

inVIVO Q10 body lotion

Something about its scent makes me think of white florals with a dash of Cream Soda! I also like that it absorbed quickly into my skin and left my body feeling hydrated, but not sticky or overly moisturised. It also makes use of good antioxidants like vitamins E, C and B5 and retinyl palmitate.

Last, but not least, I’m also enjoying this Oh So Heavenly 2 in 1 Spritz and Go hygeine hand and surface spray, R14,99.

It's got a fresh minty scent.

I’ve been having a field day in spraying it on every dirty keyboard in the house (and as my boyfriend owns an IT company we have several). I also like that it leaves your hands feeling clean and fresh, isn’t stickyin the least and doesn’t create those dirty ‘bolletjie’ things when you rub your hands together after a spritz.

Otherwise, the new soon-to-be-launched stuff include a ridiculously inexpensive new make-up line called 2True, a fab serum-infused lipstick and foundation from Max Factor, top quality super soft eye and lip pencils that won’t break the bank and a Vidal Sasoon hair straigtener that, I reckon, performs just as well as another premium brand. I’ll be writing all about these shortly, so be sure to keep an eye out…

Love, love

Leigh

  1. I needed a concealer and popped in at Clicks. I bought a concealer form their Essence range and must say, eventhough I was a sceptic to think that an inexpencive (R29.some change) product would not do the trick, it actually did wonders and I am going to try other products form this range. <3<3<3
