Tonight I’m headed to the Puma Social Club’s media launch in Buitenkant street.

Not too sure what to expect, but the press release tells me it’s a pop-up store/bar-type venue where you can hang out at for the next few days. It’s open to the public from the 2nd to the 4th you’ll be able to catch awesome live acts like Crazy White Boy. (For the full line up and more info, click here).

They also want to create a space for the ‘after hours athlete’ to hang out. So, if you’re a pro at things like ping pong, pool or darts, this could be your spot.

It says ‘Sometimes victory is a phone number…’ Now tell me, who exactly in this shot scored the digits? The chick who’s just lovin’ it or the stalker type dude lurking into the frame on the right? And what the hell is up with the chica in the middle? Clearly she didn’t come right, ‘cos seriyasly, have you ever seen a more miserable gal in your life? Flip… she looks like that scary-ass girl who crawls out of the well in The Ring!

Ag shame… at least she’s got a rad green Puma T. I love Puma and still have the awesome black and gold vintage-style Puma book bag I saved all my waitressing cash for back in high school. So ja… looking forward to checking out the ‘Club’…
