Yet another Edgars shopping spree in the bag

Morning girls! I went on yet another Edgars shopping spree and am excited to show off my threads so let’s get stuck in shall we?

First up, I’m having a real love affair with maxi dresses right now and found two really fab ones in their Free2bu section. First up, we’ve got this mooi streepy nommer (R299) that I’m sooo tossing into my suitcase when I head to Thailand this December.

The only downer is that it’s got a super low back but if I’m running around in a bikini 24-7, which’ll totally be the case, it’s not a big deal.

This black one’s (R299) also a winner and boasts mooi back detail deluxe.

Something else that caught my eye? Yet another pair of jeans signalling that I may well have to go to rehab for my skinny jeans addiction. (For the record, it’s a horrible place. They make you wear mom jeans 24-7 and use your phone on EDGE only so you can’t shop for skinnies online.)

Oh! And do you like that ‘Dream’ tank? (R139). It’s a Free2bu number too. I like that it’s essentially a ‘crop top’ but floppy enough to be sort-of age appropriate, now that I’m in my (cough, cough) mid thirties and all that.

Next up, I want to show you the Free2bu PJ-style pants (R299) I picked up. I don’t know about you, but aren’t PJ-style pants the best thing ever? I’ve been freelancing in-house at an ad agency this month and going to work in what feels like jim jams has been, like, the coolest thing in the world. All you need to do to ‘office ’em up’ is add a blazer, wedges and a bit o’ bling. It’s as easy as that.

Another fab pair of jim jam-style broek? Hierdie bloue ene (R299) that I ‘casualed’ down with a vest and metallic huarache sandals.

Hahah — Can you tell we shot this last when the pineapple juice and Malibu had kicked in?

The band is elasticized, making them ideal to wear next I hit up the nasty little Chinese place up the road from me that does a R79 buffet. Aaaand, as the print is totes hypnotic, nobody’s going to notice when I drop a sweet and sour pork nugget into my lap. Dunno about you but those are all serious plus points Edgars should be including on the swing ticket.

Uhm… yayness!! I was eyeing that ‘streepy nommer’ the other day. Love it 🙂

I bought some (6) lovely tops from Edgars, Canal Walk yesterday. And the most gorgeous white crochet ” toppie” from Topshop to die for !!! I was blown away by the wide selection they have, Tygervalley could really learn a thing a two from them.
