So we celebrated Clouds’ coming of (old) age at Societi Bistro

My dearest Clouds Drummond got a little bit older the other day. Like oooold, maybe even with a capital O. Old. Ag shampies. So, to help take the edge off, she and her lovely hubby decided to treat us all to Societi Bistro Birthday supper which made perfect sense ‘cos it’s pretty much every body’s happy place.

Societi’s pumpkin risotto’s also pretty awesome. I got to taste it for the first time when Clouds’ ordered it and now it looks like I might have to do a little cheat eating behind good ole’ mushroom’s back. Clearly, I’m a slet for risotto.

Anyway, this is just a quickie to wish Clouds a very merry year filled with many more Champagne O’ Clocks to come. (And possibly to apologise to Societi for sing-screaming circa 90’s J-Lo songs and then blacking out at the table shortly after dessert. It had been a seriously long week.)
