This is just too good not to share…
Popped into Blonde, one of Beluga’s sister restaurants, for dinner last night. They’re running a fab special that sees you score a cool 25% off your bill from Tuesday to Saturday and 50% off on a Sunday until the end of Jan. This includes drinky-poohs too, FYI…
We got to try some lovely things while there including a crispy calamari starter with a spicy peanut dressing that was out of this world and a decadent waffle made from ingredients that were all imported from Belgium. It was served with not one, but TWO yummy sauces. (Cherry and maple…)
The absolute winner, however, was their mango-infused white chocolate martini!

I’ve always been OBSESSED with Beluga’s plain white choc version, and never thought anything could superceed it. This, however, is truly blissful. And, because I’m a nice young lass, I thought I’d share the recipe for you. (Wayne, our lovely waiter who treated us to exceptional five star service, was kind enough to hand it over)…
Blonde’s Mango & White Chocolate martini
1 shot vodka
1 shot milk
1 tsp condensed milk
1/2 shot white chocolate Monin syrup
SHAKE IT UP
Add 1/2 shot mango Monin syrup
This recipe makes for one martini, but if you can stop there, you’re a stronger chica than I am… ๐
‘Cheers!’
Leigh
